inside the Timeline Editor, it will become much easier to manage

animations.

The first thing to do is identify how to set a current frame, which will help

insert keyframes for properties.

In the 3D Viewport, you will find the current frame from your animation

on your screen's top left. It appears next to the name of your active

Collection. Using the Timeline Editor, you will also be able to see the

current frame at the top right, and also set the start and end frames

(Figure 7.8).

A few shortcuts you will want to use for animation control:

SPACEBAR: Play the animation.

LEFT ARROW: Jump one frame backward.

RIGHT ARROW: Jump one frame forward.

UP ARROW: Jump to the next keyframe.

DOWN ARROW: Jump to the previous keyframe.

SHIFT+LEFT ARROW: Jump to the start frame.

SHIFT+RIGHT ARROW: Jump to the end frame.
